Booking

If you are interested in performing at one of our live events, then please fill out the form below and one of our staff will get back to you.   We can provide a PA system and a backline including drum kit (without pedals or cymbals/stands) for musical acts and a projector / laptop along with PA for videographers / photographers / artists/educational speakers.  As of now, martial artists would be responsible for their own supplies (such as mats...etc.). If this is needed, arrangements must be made in writing to MEAC and cleared by an Officer.  All proceeds that we collect from our events are considered donations as we are a non-profit.  While we try our best to compensate performers / presenters, we can not offer guarantees due to the dynamics of attendance and donations.  It is important that each performer / presenter promotes the event that they are booked on.  MEAC will provide a flyer in JPG format for the event.  Look at it this way, the more donations that we can receive by having a larger audience there, the more likely that performers and presenters will receive donations as well.  ALL PAYOUTS ARE CONSIDERED DONATIONS!  NO EXCEPTIONS! Please only send one request as multiple requests will cause you to be denied.
